The Treatment

What Dysport® does.

Dysport works by temporarily relaxing the small facial muscles whose repeated movement etches lines into the skin. Treated areas soften into a smoother, more youthful appearance — while the rest of your face keeps moving naturally.

It’s especially effective on frown lines between the brows, forehead wrinkles and crow’s feet, and its ability to diffuse gently over larger areas makes it well suited to broader muscle groups like the forehead. Onset is famously quick: visible effects often appear within one to three days.

The appointment itself is minimally invasive and fast, with little to no downtime — mild swelling, redness or a small bruise at the injection site can occur and usually resolves quickly. Every treatment is performed by our physician assistant under Dr. Sonia Badreshia-Bansal, MD, board-certified dermatologist.
